Has my item been shipped?

Our system will send you an automatic email when your order is shipped. Sometimes this email can end up in you 'junk' or 'spam' folder - so if you've not received a shipping confirmation email from us please check these folders.

I'm based in Europe. How long will my order take to be delivered?

Standard shipping to European Union countries usually takes around 5 working days. This is a general guide - sometimes orders can be delivered faster or slower than this.

We ship orders from our warehouse in Spain. Our standard shipping option is by airmail, and delivery will be made by the local postal system in your country. 

For urgent shipping by UPS, delivery takes 1 - 3 days depending on your country. You'll be able to track your order on the UPS website.

I'm based outside of Europe. How long will my order take to be delivered?

Standard shipping to countries outside of the European Union usually take 5 - 10 working days. However, please remember that there can be further delays if your order is held for customs clearance in your country.

We ship orders from our warehouse in Spain. Our standard shipping option is by airmail, and delivery will be made by the local postal system in your country. 

For urgent shipping by UPS, delivery takes 2 - 7 days depending on your country. You'll be able to track your order on the UPS website.

My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

The first thing you need to do is check that the delivery address you gave us is correct. You can check this on the order confirmation email you received when you placed your order. In our experience, most problems with delivery are due to customers entering an incorrect delivery address on our website - usually due to the 'autocomplete' function on web browsers. If you've provided us with an invalid address, we can resend your order if it is returned to us by your local postal system.

If your address is correct and delivery is to a country in the European Union, we kindly ask you to wait 10 working days before asking us to investigate. This is because whilst most orders are delivered within 5 working days, it can occasionally take slightly longer. Almost all orders are delivered 10 working days, so if your order doesn't arrive within this timeframe please let us know and we will investigate accordingly.

If your address is correct and delivery is to a country outside of the European Union, please wait 15 working days before asking us to investigate.
