We deliver worldwide. Available delivery options and prices are shown at checkout and may vary depending on the destination country, parcel weight and selected delivery service.
Orders are dispatched from our European warehouses, including Spain and the Netherlands.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union should not normally be subject to customs charges.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the delivery price shown at checkout. We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery times for orders sent outside the European Union may be affected by customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, couriers or other third parties.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 10:00 Monday to Friday are usually dispatched on the same day, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 10:00, or on a weekend or public holiday, will usually be dispatched on the next working day.
Public Holidays
Orders are not processed or dispatched on public holidays. Orders placed on a public holiday will usually be processed on the next working day.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your order. If there is a problem with your delivery or the products you receive, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Before returning any product, you must contact us by email at info@intellimeds.net so that we can provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation number.
Products may only be returned if they are unused, unopened, sealed, complete and in their original packaging, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
For health protection, hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements, nootropic products or similar consumable products once they have been opened, unsealed, used or tampered with, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
We do not offer refunds solely because a customer does not experience a particular effect, result or sensation from a product. Individual responses may vary and no specific result is guaranteed.
