We are based in Spain and dispatch orders from European warehouses.

We offer worldwide delivery, subject to availability, carrier restrictions and the destination country.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, couriers or other third parties.

10. Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

All such customs charges, import duties, taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. You should contact your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay customs charges, import duties or taxes, or if the order is returned to us because of unpaid charges, refusal of delivery, incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, we may deduct any shipping costs, return costs, handling charges or other costs incurred by us from any refund that may be due.

11. Risk and Ownership

Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full cleared payment and the goods have been dispatched.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided by you, or when the goods are handed to the carrier for delivery outside the European Union, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions set out below.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@intellimeds.net with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.

If your order has already been dispatched, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you notify us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

13. Returns and Refunds

Before returning any goods, you must contact us by email so that we can provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorisation number.

Returned goods must be unused, unopened, sealed, complete and in their original packaging.

For health protection, hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of supplements, nootropic products or similar consumable products once they have been opened, unsealed, used or tampered with, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

We do not offer refunds solely because a customer does not experience a particular effect, result or sensation from a product. Individual responses may vary, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process any refund due to you using the original payment method where possible. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that the goods have been returned.

We may deduct from any refund an amount reflecting any loss in value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling by you.

Shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, taxes, bank fees and other third-party charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

14. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Disputed Goods

If you believe that goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, not genuine, not as described or otherwise unsuitable, you must contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide full details of the issue, including photographs, batch numbers, packaging details and any other relevant information.

You must not dispose of the product, packaging, batch information or any other relevant evidence before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Where a claim relates to product authenticity, quality, composition or alleged inconsistency with the product description, we may require the product to be returned to us for inspection and verification. We may review supplier records, batch information, packaging details and, where appropriate, submit the relevant batch or product sample for independent laboratory testing or other suitable verification.

Any refund, replacement or other remedy for a disputed product will be determined by the outcome of our investigation, including any applicable laboratory testing or verification process. If the investigation confirms that the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not genuine, not as described or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

If the investigation, laboratory testing or verification process does not support the customer’s claim, we will not be obliged to issue a refund or replacement, except where required by applicable law.

We will not issue a refund simply because a customer alleges that a product is not genuine, ineffective or different from expected. Refunds, replacements or other remedies will only be offered where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, not as described or otherwise non-compliant with applicable law.

We will not be responsible for issues caused by misuse, improper storage, incorrect handling, failure to follow instructions, individual response to a product, customer expectations about effects or results, or circumstances outside our control.

15. Refused, Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us because it was refused, undeliverable, uncollected, subject to unpaid customs charges or sent to an incorrect address provided by you, we may deduct from any refund all delivery costs, return costs, customs charges, handling charges and any other costs incurred by us.

If the goods are not returned to us, or are returned damaged, opened or incomplete, we may be unable to issue a refund.

16. Website Uptime

We take reasonable steps to ensure that this website remains available and functions correctly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions or technical issues.
