Current delivery problems

ITALY
There were ongoing problems with delayed mail to Italy from Spain during the summer, but recently, post seems to be arriving within one week. 

RUSSIA, FINLAND and UKRAINE
There are regular delays. Some of our post takes about a month to arrive. Please be patient. Customs delays are normal.

NORWAY
Unfortunately we can no longer send to Norway because most of our packages are returned by Customs. 

UNITED KINGDOM
There were reported delays from 10 Oct to 17 Oct. Post is now generally arriving within 3-5 days of ordering. 

THE REST OF EUROPE
No general reported problems,

USA
No current delays reported.

CANADA
There have been Customs delays but normally mail arrives within 2 weeks.
