COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Update Page

UPDATE (v4): 07/11/2020

We have operated throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Delivery times are now returning to normal in most instances, however this does vary from country to country.

DELIVERY TO EU COUNTRIES:

Delivery by UPS is on-time for most orders.

Delivery by Standard Mail is taking longer than the normal 5 - 7 working days. Most orders are being delivered within 2 weeks however a small number of orders are taking as long as 4 weeks.

DELIVERY TO NON EU COUNTRIES:

Delivery to contries outside of the European Union is typically taking 2 - 4 weeks.

OUR PRECAUTIONS

Our warehouse is a closed environment with no public access. Our small team is taking all possible precautions to ensure that Intellimeds continues to operate during this crisis.
