Same day dispatch

Orders placed before 10:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. This excludes public holidays. Orders placed after 10pm are dispatched on the next weekday. We dispatch from our warehouses in Spain and the Netherlands.

Public Holidays

We all like public holidays - a day off work is great for everybody. Nonetheless, we’d just like to remind our customers that orders placed on a bank holiday will not be processed until the following day.

Returns

We are confident you will be pleased with your order. And if you’ve got a problem, we want to know about it, and we’ll sort it out.

However, should you be unhappy with the product you receive, you can return it within 28 days providing it is unopened, unused, and ‘as new’. Once we receive the product back, you can choose to receive a refund or an exchange.
